Our Place
The Workcentre is centrally located in Tākaka, Golden Bay.
We are set back far enough off the main street to be our own distinct community within the township.
The main building is a faithfully maintained 19th century villa with a rich history of its own.
While our website provides a wealth of information about the Workcentre, it cannot capture what happens here every day.
We encourage you to pop in for a visit.
In addition to the Workcentre offices and classrooms, our place is home to many local community organisations, small businesses and resident therapists and artists.
We are also home to the local paper and radio station!
